American cheese is always a classic on a cheese burger but I love some funky and unexpected cheeses. Like Munster, Gouda cheese, or feta. Is all my favorites

“American Cheese” is an oxymoron! It is factory processed milk by-products with chemicals, flavorless and wrapped in individual plastic wrapper. It’s not real cheese! Real cheese is sharp cheddar, Havarti, Parmesan, Baby Swiss and Romano.
