On most weekends I lead a Saturday “Brunch Tour” and a Sunday “Food Fans Tour.” Here are some random pics from last weekend. From top to bottom: Manager Joe at NIGHTBELL tells the story of Chef Katie Button; Chef John Fleer of THE RHU entertains the crowd; duck fat confit chicken wing and house made hash brown at BHRAMARI BREWHOUSE; shrimp n grits at STRADA; bulgogi bibimbap at KOREAN HOUSE. Fuckin aye. That’s not even a 1/4 of what we ate this time around! I sometimes can’t believe how much of a good time I have on these tours. I know the patrons love them too, and the restaurants seem to really enjoy having us there as well. Talk about stumbling ass-backwards into the greatest job on Earth. Yeah man.
