CHECK OUTS MY NEW TV SHOW!
Hello Asheville!
I recently decided that there was just way too much going on in the Asheville food scene for me to write about. Writing takes time, Yo. Even the bullshit that I write takes tons and tons of time. Yes, Joe and I do our podcast, and that allows me to cover more topics than I could possibly write about, but I’ve still gotta write the dang script and do research and shit on the topics and guests that we have on… which takes time! I needed a quicker way to impart more info to you guys, and I figured, why not do a daily video podcast?
I can sit down with a friend, or stranger, and in about 5 or 10 minutes tell them everything they need to know about a particular venue, event, dish, or person, whereas writing about it could literally take me all day, and then some. So, in my videos which I’m calling Food Fans HQ, I simply sit down with my iPhone, and tell you guys about something I did, or ate, or a place I went to, or whatever the fuck is on my mind!
WARNING: THERE ARE CURSE WORDS
I’ve created a new YouTube playlist to house all my FFHQ videos, and I’ve embedded it below. Click to watch the most recent installment and look for particular topics and episodes. I will also post the videos on my FaceBook page, so you can watch them there too. These videos are not necessarily “safe for work,” so proceed with that in mind. I tend to swear a lot. It’s just the way I am. If you don’t like swears, don’t watch these videos. Uh, I suppose you could watch, but don’t listen. Do whatever the fuck you think is gonna work for you.
I should also warn you that for at least the first five or six episodes I have a head cold. Sorry. Also, as usual, I’m just doin’ this the easiest way possible in order to get ‘er goin’, and i’ll make it prettier and better as I go.
I hope you enjoy!
