Q: IS WEED LEGAL NC?
A: Kinda sorta. It’s currently fully legal in Cherokee Reservation, while in the rest of the state, the weed has to be compliant with our state laws and labeled as “THCa.”

Q: WHAT IS THCA?
A: It’s pretty much just weed. The THCA flower that we smoke on this tour is real cannabis, all natural, and legal to smoke all over NC. Scientifically speaking THCA is the inactive form of THC, that hasn’t been activated by heat yet. Heat it up, and poof! THC.

Q: CAN THCA GET YOU HIGH?
A: YES! (Once you heat it up.) While the specific acid, THCA, can’t get you high, when it is heated or smoked, it changes into THC that can make you feel high.  Learn more at WebMD.com “What is THCA?”
